Goal Completion
If you fall off at any point, take 1 min off and try to pick up again, or you can lower the weight on D.T. in order to keep moving. Or modify the reps to 9, 6, 3.
* “D.T” – 12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Power Cleans, 6 Push Jerks
* “Cindy” – 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats
