10 power clean & jerk (95/65)
10 bar facing burpees
Rest 3 minutes between each interval
Select a weight you are able to cycle through relatively fast — unbroken if possible. With the 3 minute rest between intervals aim to increase intensity and beat your previous interval time – at the very least maintain the same intensity throughout and stay consistent with times of each interval.
