1.1 Rest 15 seconds between singles with bar on the rack.
5 total sets — rest 3 minutes between sets. Build weight with each set.
Example set 1 would be: 1 rep @ 225lbs, rest 15 seconds, then 225 again.
Set 2: 1 rep @ 235 rest 15 sec, then 235 again.
