With a running clock…
1st Minute:
Partner A: 1 Squat Clean (115/75)(Rx+ 135/85)
Partner B: 1 Burpee Box Jump (24/20)
2nd Minute:
Partner B: 2 Squat Clean
Partner A: 2 Burpee Box Jumps
Adding 1 Squat Clean and 1 BOB per minute until failure.
REST EXACTLY 5 MINUTES, THEN
“The Make Up”

Partner A: 20 Dumbbell Snatch (50/35)
Partner B: 10 Strict Pull Ups (Rx+ 5 MU)
