6 Hang Clean & Jerk w/ DB or KB (50/35)
6 Strict Handstand Push-ups*
Each athlete must complete a full round before partner can go.
800m run (each athlete runs 200m twice)
40 muscle-ups or 60 Strict pull-ups
*Only 1 abmat for HSPU and no Dumbbell Press. Scale to pike push-up for this WOD.
